GOAT DAY/REST DAY

 

 

 

 

Goats are weaknesses, and you are only as fit as your weakest link. On “Goat Days” we create individual workouts for each athlete to improve their weakest link. The easiest way to decide what your goats are is to figure out what you would hate to see programmed in a WOD. Think about one to three movements that give you trouble and we’ll help you create a WOD.

**We added a daily log sheet for the Paleo challenge courtesy of Lee in our “Nutrition blog”

**St. Patricks Day Paleo Pot Luck party March 16th at Andrea’s house.  It is located right across the street from Traceys on Magazine St.  Come join us so we can all get negative points for alcohol together!

**We will be completing 13.2 WOD on Saturday starting at 10:30 am.  A few people have been told 12:30pm, but we are moving it up due to the Paleo Pot Luck Party.

Pull up ladder

*With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
