What motivates you to come in 4-5x a week?
My current motivation is to get a body like circa 1970s Burt Reynolds and a mustache to match.
What is your number 1 strength and number 1 weakness you have in CrossFit?
My number one strength is procrastination, but anything cardio is probably a tie. My weakness is a 50/50 split between the snatch and some movements with the word “Up” in it.
What is one thing you would tell someone who is on the fence about starting CrossFit to get them to come in?

What made you take the leap to start CrossFit?
The realization that beer wasn’t a healthy carb.
What is your favorite part about CrossFit?
The people, coaches, the occasional pupper at the gym, and the random drop ins that puke on the side of the building because the workouts kick that much ass.

Bar Muscle Up
What made you choose CrossFit over other trintellix fitness regimens?
The thing that made me choose CrossFit was the success stories from people who I played competitive Ultimate Frisbee with in college.
Tell us about yourself. What’s a day in the life?
If you saw my occupation above I think you really don’t want to hear about a day in the life of me… If you really do want to know, I play around in spreadsheets and databases all day, pretty sexy right?
What was the scariest part starting up? How did you overcome the fear?
The scariest thing was trying not to make a fool of myself. I overcame that fear by taking the time to learn the movements before getting heavy.
