Weightlifting will now be available Monday-Saturday!






Monday / Wednesday / Friday
  • Sessions will be self-guided
  • Come in any time during gym hours to work on presses, squats and deadlift movements.
Tuesday / Thursday
  • Sessions at 5:30pm will remain dedicated to Olympic Lifting Movements (Snatch & Cleans & Jerk )
  • Sessions at 10am will also remain dedicated to Olympic Lifting Movements
